An Operations Executive plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational activities of a company or organization.

They are responsible for ensuring that various processes, systems, and teams work together efficiently to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process improvements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for enhancement. Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous growth. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational optimization. Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on operational performance and initiatives. Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective partnerships.
Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in operations management or a related role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and supply chain management
  • Proficient in English
  • Problemsolving skills with a track record of driving process improvements
