Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Enjoy working in a dynamic retail, attractions and aviation development.
  • Be part of the team that plays the role of custodian to the Jewel Changi Airport brand and champions the brand's interests.
  • Drive campaigns to elevate and strengthen the brand profile and awareness of Jewel Changi Airport, to build loyalty and brand love.
  • Responsible for growing and strengthening Jewel Changi Airport's LinkedIn and Xiao Hong Shu accounts.
  • Possess acumen and tenacity in seeking out companies that may be suitable for forming partnerships with Jewel Changi Airport through brand collaborations and joint initiatives.
  • Possess some knowledge in digital marketing including managing Jewel Changi Airport's website content and overseeing SEO implementation, as well as managing these relationships with appointed agencies.
  • Facilitate onground filming and photography requests from external partners and production companies.
  • Prepare materials for all awards submissions.
  • Manage Jewel's visit programmes and requests.
  • Manage all budgetary requirements of Brand and Partnerships campaigns/activations.
