Description
About The Role:
To assist the Chief Trainer in day to day operational and administrative tasks; looking specifically at trainee administrations and vehicle fleet administrations
These are key tasks in ensuring that courses can be conducted on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- To generate accounting of trainee daily reporting and basic administration.
- To generate basic reports on daily training
- Monitoring of training vehicle fleet status
- Preparing monthly reports
- Administration of training fleet, rooms and training aids
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Computer Literate
- Details Orientated
- Able to work independently and collaborate with the team
- Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers
5 days work week - (Mon-Fri 8am - 5.30pm)
