About The Role:

To assist the Chief Trainer in day to day operational and administrative tasks; looking specifically at trainee administrations and vehicle fleet administrations

These are key tasks in ensuring that courses can be conducted on schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • To generate accounting of trainee daily reporting and basic administration.
  • To generate basic reports on daily training
  • Monitoring of training vehicle fleet status
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Administration of training fleet, rooms and training aids

Requirements:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Computer Literate
  • Details Orientated
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with the team
  • Passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers

5 days work week - (Mon-Fri 8am - 5.30pm)
