Job Description:
- Support the crewing department in performing the schedules and planning of crew change and follow up with relevant parties.
- Perform dataentry, recording, printing and filing duties.
- Prepare crew payroll, crew claims, crew claims deductions, cash advance and invoice verification.
- Assist in answering phone calls and attend to office guests.
- Assist in any adhoc duties, project and activities as and when required or assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Min. 12 years relevant experience preferably in marine industry.
- Able to work well both independently with minimum supervision and as a team in a fastpaced working environment.
- Meticulous, proactive with positive attitude and willing to learn and adaptable to changes.
- Posses good interpersonal and written skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Words.
- Able to correspondence with Indonesian crews.
