YOUR ROLECEVA Lead Logistics Project Manager is responsible for implementing, managing existing/new customer transformation, lead existing/new customer implementations at a high complexity level, extensive geographical scope, large business scale and impact, bridging the sales and operational activities, to ensure smooth transition of new or additional business into CEVA.Ensure that customer's needs and expectations are met throughout the implementation phase and start of service.

To act as a facilitator for the review of existing accounts and operational processes in order to identify & recommend opportunities for improvement and business optimization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Manage Delivery of Customer Transformation Programs - these are complex lead logistics transformation projects for customers (new and existing) by utilizing a phased approach to implementation

Project planning, setup and rollout: mobilize global, regional and local CEVA resources together with the resources selected from customer to ensure appropriate, cost efficient and timely delivery.
Coordinate with BPE for necessary regional implementation resources to manage the implementation workstream for necessary transport products: air, ocean, ground and where connected with warehousing workstream contract logistics
Technology: Coordinate with SCM or INX team for necessary workstream lead who will ensure planning and management of system configuration, B2B integration, training, UAT and rollout in line with implementation plan: ensure resource has IT system configuration and planning phase (in parallel to the operations preparation) allowing technology deployment at time of start of business. For larger projects additional coordination with IT ensuring PMO resource to manage IT/digital deliverables
Operations preparation & planning: In close collaboration with internal and client stakeholders develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to execute the business ensuring mitigation of risk and management of change
Golive and steady state attainment: management, monitoring and improvement of the implementation through lessons learned, case studies and best practice knowledge sharing

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in logistics/supply chain industry

Project management experience/certificate with proven track record in project management with handson practical operations/project management experience for global projects
