We're looking for Senior Technology Sales Support Specialist for business unit of CPESG - Teammate. You will report to Head of Presales, Teammate, APAC.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, working from home 2-3 days per week).
About the Role
- Delivering demonstrations, presentations to prospects and customers, both remotely and on site
- Preparing proposals, answering questions and requirements found in Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents
- Preparing personalized demonstration platforms with relevant information for each existing/prospective customer
- Responsible for developing a solid understanding of TeamMate solutions
- Attending and representing TeamMate at various industry events such as conferences and continually learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances
- Requires indepth conceptual and practical knowledge of theories and principles and applies general knowledge of business and industry practices within technology sales support.
- This role requires travel to a prospect or customer sites to provide onsite demos, attend conferences or mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, and other Asia Pacific countries, as needed.
- 3+ years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm, bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role at a Software/SaaS firm delivering Demonstrations, POCs and participating in the sales cycle highly regarded
- Background in Internal Audit and/or as a PreSales Consultatnt selling Audit management solutions is highly regarded
- Excellent presentation skills, comfort in front of large audiences
- Previous expertise, experience or knowledge of TeamMate solutions highly regarded
- Selfmotivated and Subject Matter Selflearner
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn and comfortable travelling
- Strong level of written and spoken English.
