Description
**Responsibilities- Liaison with customer / supplier on production quality issues, drive improvements;
- Establish Quality Inspection Procedures ;
- Perform internal audits to meet AS9100 & NadCap requirements;
- Analyse process capabilities (cpk) and recommend areas of improvements;
- Perform Gage R&R, calibration of CNC and quality jigs & other instruments
- Degree in Mechancial / Production Engineering or other educational background with relevant working experience;
- Familiar with ISO/ QS/ AS Quality Management system, Qualified internal auditor;
- Must be well verse in interpreting mechanical drawings (ISO, GD&T)
- Experience in Coordinte Measuremnt Machine (CMM) Programming an advantage;
- Good analytical knowledge and sense for technical details & precision
- Passion to innovate and improve, willingness to learn & adapt to challenges
- Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization
