Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regard to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors.
• Responsible for timely and accurate project billing and invoice verification.
• Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date.
• Prepare/Submit/Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
• End-to-end follow-ups on contracts and variation orders till closure of accounts.
• Able to multitask and constantly meet tight schedules.
• Ad hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, and result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
• No qualification is required. But you must be passionate about commercial interior design and construction.

You will be a perfect fit for this position if you have...

• At least 1 year of related experience in commercial interior fit-outs.
• Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
• High sense of responsibility.
