- Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
- Liaise with client's representatives with regard to all site matters with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors.
- Responsible for timely and accurate project billing and invoice verification.
- Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date.
- Prepare/Submit/Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
- End-to-end follow-ups on contracts and variation orders till closure of accounts.
- Able to multitask and constantly meet tight schedules.
- Ad hoc assignment as and when required.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Work well independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented, and result-oriented.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
- No qualification is required. But you must be passionate about commercial interior design and construction.
- At least 1 year of related experience in commercial interior fit-outs.
- Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
- High sense of responsibility.
