    Roles & Responsibilities

    The F&B Manager will be in-charge of the restaurants in Goodwood Park, ensuring that guests have the best overall experience when dining in.

    Your responsibility includes:

    1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
    2. Analyzing and planning restaurant/function rooms sales levels and profitability.
    3. Manage scheduling and staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
    4. Planning of Restaurant Menu menus and beverage list.
    5. Recruitment, training, coaching and managing staff discipline.
    6. Handle guest feedback and complaints

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in a restaurant management setting, preferably in hotels.
    2. Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and culinary trends
    3. Adaptable to a fast paced environment
    4. Passion in providing the best restaurant experience
