    Roles & Responsibilities

    HR Executive (Construction Industry / Up to $4000)

    • Working days & time: 5.5days 9am – 6pm / 9am -1pm, alternate sat
    • Location: Pioneer
    • Salary: $3000 - $4000

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist with the recruitment process for construction-related positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related database.

    2. Onboarding and Orientation:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, completing new hire paperwork, and coordinating training activities.
    • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

    3. Employee Relations:

    • Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, working closely with the HR Manager to address issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

    4.Benefits Administration:

    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to the construction industry.
    • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries, serving as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.

    5. HR Policy Compliance:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure understanding and compliance.
