Quality Assurance Manager - Singapore - Quess Corp Limited
Description
Manage and oversee the day-to-day deliveryof test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing across theCompliance tech programWorks with the testing service providersand other stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the teststrategy, test plans and other test service providers' artefacts for thetesting service delivery
Coordinates with the Test Governance teamto ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinateany health checks or audits
Ensures that any changes to the scope ofservices are communicated to the respective test service providers and theimpact is factored in to the plan
Engages with various stakeholders(including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure,business), testing service providers to ensure testing services meet the banks'objectives and demand
Act as the first point of escalation forany issues raised by stakeholders, testing service providers
Quantify, manage, track and report testrelated statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformationSLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable
Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveriesfor the portfolio accountable
Participate and contribute in forums, asrequired, to drive testing transformation and innovation
Works closely with the Test EngineeringLead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements andensure that they are met
Establishes and maintains effectiveworking relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for therespective domains
Engages stakeholder communities to gettheir feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvementopportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree incomputer engineering or related field
Proven working experience in testdelivery or equivalent role with at least 12 years relevant experience in largeand complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance
Extensive experience in managing end toend delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers
Proven experience in testing standards,tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various deliverymethodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps
Proven, successful track record ofmanaging shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services
Demonstrated success in developing highlyeffective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders todeliver collaboration, partnerships and services
Strong domain knowledge in Anti-FinancialCrime (AFC), especially Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC and Transactionmonitoring. Prior experience of AML tools like DETICA,MANTASand ACTIMISE.
Strong attention to details, excellentanalytical and problem solving skills
Experience in managing multiple externaltesting service providers
Experience in managing multi-cultural,diverse, direct and virtual teams.
Experience in various testing tool suiteslike HP UFT/QTP, Loadrunner/Performance Center/Sitescope, HP ALM / QualityCenter, QuerySurge,Tosca, Selenium, JIRA etc.
Must display a high level of professionaljudgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
Excellent client facing, internalcommunications, written and verbal communication skills. Including SeniorManagement engagements
Testing or quality certifications, PMPcertifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awarenesswill be preferred.
