Finance Executive - Geylang, Singapore - STYL Solutions Pte Ltd

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts payable/receivable bookkeeping
- Sales invoice creation and management
- Quarterly GST Filing preparation
- Daily cashflow management and preparation of payments in bank portal
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Generate monthly SOA and followup on payment due with sales/customers
- Assist in preparation of the management reports
- Assist in general day to day administrative matters when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum LCCI / Diploma holder in Accounts & Finance with more than 3 years relevant working experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Good knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Responsible, Meticulous, organized and able to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team working skills, selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge in Xero / MYOB accounting software will be an advantage.

Salary:
$3, $3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
