    Roles & Responsibilities

    DUTIES / RESPONSIBITIES

    Your duties are as follows:

    · To assist in overseeing the entire operation of the company.

    · To execute the order and decision of the management committee.

    · Coordination with all site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

    · To coordinate and liaise with drafter to propose, amend and submit all related drawings.

    · To coordinate and liaise with all projects staff and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

    · To attend meetings with clients; prep all necessary documents/materials submission of the project.

    · To submit all Schedules, Procurement, Documents on time.

    · To report any work / any incidents to your superior. When problem arises at site, to have initiative to solve or consult your immediate superior for assistance.

    · To keep track of site documentation records for easy ref.

    · To conduct In-house Toolbox meeting and to ensure all safety issues at site.

    · Budgeting and planning in execution of on-going works and tenders.

    · You are to execute your duties and responsibilities for the interest of the company not limited to any personal guarantee to the Authority, Banks, Insurance company & financial institutions.

    REQUIREMENTS

    · Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.

    · At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.

    · Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
