    About Us:

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget allocation.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are understood and executed effectively.
    • Identify and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to support project needs.
    • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.

    2.Risk Management and Mitigation:

    • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project activities closely to anticipate and address any deviations from the plan.
    • Implement effective risk management techniques to minimize disruptions and ensure project objectives are met.

    3.Stakeholder Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
    • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to ensure alignment and transparency.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries promptly, seeking resolutions to maintain positive relationships.

    4.Quality Assurance and Control:

    • Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from quality requirements.

    5.Budget and Financial Management:

    • Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
    • Review and approve project expenditures, invoices, and change orders in accordance with established procedures.
    • Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders as required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields preferred.
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or fire protection industry.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
