    Roles & Responsibilities

    Project Manager

    Responsible for coordinating, overseeing, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchase production and site management. Manage development and design projects with the goal of delivering products that exceed customers' requirement.

    1. Responsible for project administration, co-ordination, overseeing, scheduling, planning and supervision of project engineer, production, site management & subcontractors on all aspects of installation activities and preparation of drawings and installation details. To ensure that all objectives of safety, delivery and completion time and profitability are met for projects and equipment.
    2. Supervise & motivate subordinates (Project engineers) in the project team.
    3. Liaise and conduct technical meetings with M&E customers, owners, consultants and sub-contractors.
    4. Carry out inspection of goods, attend workshop and site testing with customers.
    5. Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants. Ensure drawing and manual preparation and drawing amendment are schedule on time.
    6. Report on the performance of sales products and feedback from customers so as to assist in maintaining customer acceptance.
    7. Attend new products and other general information of interest to the Company and customers.
    8. Handle all customers queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction. Build good communication and project management skills.
    9. Liaise with all relevant departments closely on matters pertaining to delivery and receipt of goods and commissioning of equipment.
    10. Follow up with after-sales service to customers.
    11. Maintain contacts with customers with regard to their present and future requirements.
    12. Perform other duties as and when assigned.

    Min Educatioon:

    Diploima/Degree in Electrical Engineering

    Minimum experience:

    More than 7 years experience.

    Specific skills requirement:

    PUB – Small Electrical Installation Inspection and Testing Course

    Key Internal/External Contacts: Internal – Project Engineers, Sales, Design Engineering, Service Department, Procurement & Logistic/Shipping, External – Clients, Consultants, Surveyors & Sub-contractors.
