Description

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the service department to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless delivery of repair services.

• Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies.
