- Assists Manager/Executive in handling all HR & admin functions
- Conduct employee Induction and Orientation;
- Preparing of HR letters, documents and employment contracts.
- Manage and ensure smooth onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities.
- Maintaining and update employees' personal files, leave, benefits and attendance record on a timely and accurate manner.
- To assist in payroll management.
- To process and manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
- Support administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, insurance
- To manage employees claims submission and other administrative duties as required.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience handling a full spectrum of HR function;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
- Meticulous and detailed oriented.
