- Assists the department in the execution of corporate finance transactions such as IPOs, private placements, M&A, and financial advisory engagements.
- Assists the department on the day-to-day management of investment banking projects and transactions.
- Responsible for coordinating the various project workstreams among internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports the department on new business development activities, which include the preparation of marketing materials such as pitch books and client presentations among others.
- Carry out and be involved in, inter alia, customer on-boarding, financial research, financial modelling, valuation analysis, transaction documentation, preparing investor and management presentations.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Highly motivated and responsible, with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
- Highstandards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- 2 to 3 years of investment banking/ corporate finance / M&A experience.
