Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of renovation and production projects.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the work schedule and timeline, meeting deadlines and budgeting, ensuring a smooth renovation and production process, and managing sub-contractors and their workers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and budget constraints are adhered to.
- Carry out site measurements and understand technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
- Coordinate design to production and handover, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process.
- Manage subcontractors and their workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project completion.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure project budgets are not exceeded.
- Conduct site analysis to identify any potential issues that may arise during the project.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in planning and executing projects.
Requirements:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial project management.
- Class 3 driving license preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, and overnight shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Competitive salary of $3,200 $5,000 per month (based on experienced)
