Description
We are looking for a qualified IT Professional to join HEB IT team.


Executive/Senior Executive, Information Technology and Systems

Responsibilities

  • Maintain servers, networks, hardware and software
  • Support all HEB units on IT needs
  • Oversee the optimal operations of all IT systems
  • Maintain inventories of hardware and software
  • Provide training for IT team and endusers
  • Ensure a robust cybersecurity protocol
  • Implement IT policies and procedures
  • Keep uptodate on IT knowledge and functional solutions
  • Present reports and solutions to committees and the Board

Requirements:


  • Diploma and/or Bachelor in IT/computer science or related fields
  • Professional Certification in MS365 is a plus
  • At least 3 years of IT experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Database, Network and IT Security administration
  • Knowledge of Cloud options and management
  • IT Project Management Skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
