Description
Job Description- Responsible for day-to-day customer service enquiries professionally and interacting with key teams to deliver positive customer experiences.
- Recommend best delivery options best suited for our customers' needs from suite of postal products & services.
- Uphold service standards & process transactions of eCommerce packages, mails & document
- Ensure service quality & constant feedbacks loop and drive recovery plan
- Receive and process timely dispatch of inbound/outbound, shipments, postal transactions and services adherence with applicable laws & regulation
- Identify & support process improvements to enhance efficiencies & controls
- Inventory management include safekeeping, checking, balancing of cash, stocks, mails and security items.
- Ensure compliance & control standards are observed & met in the execution of customers' transactions
- Able to work on weekends/PH
