Our client is a leading industrial and chemicals company. This reputable and expanding industry leader is now looking for Reliability Engineers, Rotating to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.

about the job

• Responsible for the planning and execution of all Equipment (Rotating) Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.
• Plan and monitor routine and non-routine maintenance activities
• Planning and coordination of shutdown maintenance activities of Rotating Equipment
• Provide support to ensure the Operational readiness of the new plant, including commissioning activities, preparing SOPs & routine schedules etc.
• Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment through various techniques.
• Review risk analysis and maintenance procedures and records on a regular basis.
• Identify discrepancies in plant equipment records or on field.
• Participate in the root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process inducted mechanical failures, recommend corrective actions to permanently eliminate them and follow up on closure of the actions.
• Initiate the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and execute the changes for plant improvement and modification works.
• Face External and/or Internal Audits and closing of the actions within a given time limit.
• Identify bad actors in the plant and reliability improvement by implementing short term and long term solutions.

job requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years' of maintenance experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
• Good conceptual knowledge on design and maintenance of all Rotating Equipment such as Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Screw Compressors, Multistage Pumps etc.
• Willing to work in the West (Jurong Island)
