Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description & Requirements
Prepare quotations, work orders, DOs, invoices etc
Assist and coordinate with internal divisions on work processes
Receive and execute orders received via emails, mobile, landline, fax etc
Coordination with customers, suppliers and all other enquiries
Cold calling customers
Prepare schedule of technicians
Prepare periodic maintenance contracts to customers
perform filing and administrative duties
handle other ad-hoc assignments
develop reports for sales to show progress against budget numbers
proactiveness on work processes and able to give feedbacks on improvements
provide good customer service with follow up on any /all requests
min 3 years of relevant working experience
multi tasking and able to work independently
good positive attitude and flexibility
good with communication in both English and mandarin
good grammar/spelling
maintain attendance and punctuality
follow directions from a supervisor
understand and follow work precedures
hardworking, reliable, dependable and consistent
competent in Microsoft office
able to start work immediately
