NORMN.IO is currently having an opening for an Internship opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the inhouse digital marketing manager to understand campaign objectives, target segments, and strategies for social media lead collection.
- Conduct field surveys to identify relevant audience segments for lead collection and develop effective client attraction strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks related to business insurance.
- Obtain quotes from various insurance providers and compare coverage options and pricing.
- Coordinate with third parties, such as insurance brokers or agents, to secure competitive quotes for clients.
- Assist in creating compelling proposal decks that highlight our insurance solutions and address clients' needs.
- Maintain a tracking sheet to monitor the status of insurance plans, including lead generation, quotes received, and clients' progress.
Requirements:
- Local Diploma or equivalent
- Minimally 21 years old (Required by MAS)
Note:
Outstanding performance in this internship may lead to potential promotion to a permanent position.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
