- Responsible for providing quality and consistency of client services corresponding to boutique standards of image and services – identifying clients' needs, developing client relationships and delivering post-sale services
- Achieving monthly sales and key performance indicators objectives
- Maintain boutique store environment and visual merchandising in prime condition
- Adhering to company operating procedures, compliance policies and systems
- Professional, good team work, discipline and mutual respect in order to contribute to smooth daily operations of the boutique
- At least 1 year retail experience
- Proven work experience in luxury industry, fashion, watch, jewellery or beauty field will be an advantage
- Fluency in English, possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Well-groomed, energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and good selling skills with passion in service
- Able to work independently and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility with a positive "can-do" spirit
