- Responsible for monitoring, incident response, and operational support;
- Work closely in a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement;
- Coordinate real-time incident response activities and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution;
- Develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring a swift and effective response to incidents that impact IT services;
- Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and resolve incidents, documenting root causes and implementing preventive measures;
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying trends and potential issues;
- Implement strategies to enhance system availability and optimize performance;
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize monitoring and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline;
- At least 1-4 years of working and understanding of information security, IT operational support, system integration/ implementation;
- Good communication and interpersonal attributes with problem solving skills;
- Able to work independently and proactively in a multi-disciplined team environment;
- Leadership skills required for Senior position.
