Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking menu dishes
- Contribute ideas and provide suggestions in menu developments
- Responsible for inventory, stock taking and ordering of stock following a standardized ordering system
- Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety practices, sanitation and hygiene requirements
Requirements:
- Secondary School / 'N' Level / NiTEC
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Food/Beverage/ Restaurant Service
- Knowledge of Local Cuisine, Western, Asian Cuisine
- Meticulous and result oriented
- Possess a positive and cando attitude
- Good team player but able to work independently
