Salary:
$5000-$10000++

Job Description
. Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects
. Manage 3-4 groups of workers
. Possess good English and Chinese communication skills with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email
. Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings
. Weekly visits site meeting when required
. Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
. Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request

Requirements
. Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
. Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages
. Candidates must be self-disciplined, pro-active, responsible, mentally mature and hungry for money
. Able to work under pressure
