Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Planning and control of project budget, cash flow, program and resource allocation.
• Lead the project management and provide overall supervision for construction management functions effectively within the team and ensure project deliverables are met in terms of quality, timeline and cost-efficiency.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and vendors.
• Submits billings, estimates to complete change order proposals and other cost related items in a timely manner, ensuring their accuracy.
• Report on any excessive deviations from project budget.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or at least 10 years' experience.
• Experience in fire safety system would be an advantage.
