Job Scope:

Assess business requirements and make evidencebased recommendations to support process improvements.
Establishing, implementing, and maintaining standards to drive a culture and mindset of Continuous Improvement in order to lead to a continuous cycle of improvement in efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Champion digital transformation and change initiatives that will result in simplified and efficient process
Work collaboratively across all departments within the organization to drive process improvement initiatives that will be aligned with business priorities
Develop, plan, and facilitate business process improvement projects
Diagram, measure and evaluate processes
Organize and lead focus group discussions with business users to understand the business painpoints and user requirements
Able to visualise the endtoend process and translate the process workflow and business requirements into functional and design specifications
Collaborate closely with our technology and business transformation team to coordinate and oversee user requests and support user testing when necessary

Job Requirements:

Relevant experiences in project management and successfully implemented Business Process Improvement initiatives.
Exposure in mapping processes and creating flowcharts
Good working knowledge on ITIL, service design and business process transformation
Good working knowledge and skills in utilizing system thinking, lean sigma etc to systematically identify gaps, defects, reduce waste and create value in service provisioning processes.
Strong business acumen and demonstrates the ability to develop Asis & Tobe process maps after understanding business requirements
