    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information and order records.
    • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
    • Assist in the implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in customer service or retail environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Good teamwork and collaboration abilities.
    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
