    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • To support all office operations including:

    Overall maintenance, neatness and serviceability of the office fixtures and furniture.

    Procurement of general supplies for office and warehouse admin usage including stationery, pantry supplies, etc

    Mail and dispatch/courier arrangement

    Review and negotiation for contract renewals for general office cleaning services.

    Travel arrangement and coordination for flights and hotel booking

    Review and negotiation for general 3rd Party insurance, Fire Insurance, etc.

    Coordinate director resolutions with company secretary.

    To provide advice when required on issues related to the Company Secretary & Legal consultant

    To provide advice when required on the renewal of agreements and contracts with Distributors/Agents, Consultants, Service Providers

    • To provide advice when required on the management and coordination of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) activities in Singapore office.
    • To provide advice when required on coordination of Yanmar Global mission activities for Singapore and branches.
    • To provide advice when required on branding management and Company website management.
    • Research, write, design and edit sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience. Arrange for this material to be economically published and distributed. Collateral may include training and selling aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets and information booklets
    • Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget
    • Assist in sourcing of information or conducting of market research activities
    • Provide administrative support to the YASC Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of sales presentations and events such as seminars, exhibitions, boat shows
    • Responsible for design layout and content of company newsletters or other publications and write-ups for YASC activities
    • Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics and arranging printing
