Our client, a leading and established company in Singapore, is expanding.

Join them in this exciting journey as a:
**Human Resource Executive

  • Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, NEA, MTI, MOH
  • Manage all Covid related eg: Safe Management measures, procedures & requirement, vaccination
  • Manage all employees matter according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment
  • Manage any other HR related matters from time to time, eg : administration record

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution
  • Highly selfmotivated
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of info tech is a plus
  • IT knowledge is a plus
