About the Job

You will coordinate with stakeholders to gather information for Tender/RFP/RFQ submissions. Other responsibilities are as follow:

• Ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions.
• Track proposal status and participate in review meetings.
• Prepare Bill of Materials and Costing.
• Identify sales opportunities and support bid processes.
• Fulfill other assigned duties.

Skills & Experiences Required

You will need min bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering.

• Minimum two years' experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with tender/bid life cycle.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and Microsoft Office tools.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
