Roles & ResponsibilitiesJobs:
1. Food Preparation and Cooking
2. Learn and operate food processing machines
3. General hygiene and maintenance of overall central kitchen
4. Stock Ordering , Receiving and Maintainance
5. Manage deliveries of all orders with a team (includes recruit and training)
6. Maintain overall compliances of kitchen
7. Handling all investigations and answering customers' feedbacks
8. Menu planning and cost control
Requirement:
1. At least 3 year experience as Cook (with Catering background is preferred)
2. Right altitude
3. Physically fit to cook 100 pax per wok
4. Commitment to work OT, early shift (4am)
