About the role


TripleA is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Team and support the accounting and financial reporting process for its fast-growing business expansion.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting for Singapore Headquarter and subsidiaries in other countries.
  • Your responsibilities include monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reporting, monthly analysis, budget and forecast.
  • Oversee cashflow planning and forecast on weekly funding requirements.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with the local financial reporting standards/ IFRS.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial to ensure compliance with audit, tax and other finance filling requirements.
  • Assist in Finance transformation tasks such as new accounting system implementation and process improvements.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Support with MAS regulatory requirements
  • Manage relationships with financial service providers, open bank accounts, ensure efficient banking operations and cash management.
  • Undertake tasks and projects assigned, where required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • 57 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years working in the FinTech industry is preferred
  • Prior exposure within a Big 4 firm
  • Enjoys highgrowth environments, and approaches challenges with a growth mindset.
  • Good team player, detailoriented and adaptable to a fastpaced environments.
  • Proactive communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel skills
