    Description

    Job Description:

    • Define and execute product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience
    • Improve key metrics with a specific focus on driving user conversion within the Shopee App
    • Improve marketing capabilities by using different forms of marketing tools in driving performance enhancement
    • Design solutions that incentivize users to make purchase decisions while optimising the cost of investment
    • Drive operation efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow. Use big data and AI technology to build innovative solutions that improve business decisions
    • Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life
    • Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
    • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
    • Take the ownership to be the team leader in fostering a professional and efficient team development

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Statistics or a related science/tech field
    • Prior minimum 5 years' working experience in product management experience, with minimum 2 years experience in team management
    • Experience in handling cross border stakeholders from different regions in tech industry
    • Prior experience in user product management in tech industry
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border collaborations with stakeholders from China
    • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
    • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
    • Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
    • Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner
