Duties

As a SUPV HR SPECIALIST you will:

Provide administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the Division.

Monitor and oversee Human Resources management programs in alignment with the Human Capital Service Delivery Model.

Develop recommendations on the modifications and corrections needed to bring proposed or existing agency Human Resources management directives into compliance with legal or precedent guidelines.

Serve as technical expert, exercising independence and judgment to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the government, private industry, and universities to further the agency's research or technology development efforts.

Plan, lead, and carry out projects and studies to develop and integrate HR policy, plans and programs needed to enhance recruitment, workforce that will fully meet CDC's mission requirements.
