Description

•3-5 years' experience in Workday implementation with excellent communication skills in English.
•Experience in Workday (both as consultant or end-user/administrator) in HCM module and familiar with end to end Workday security configuration setup.
•Conduct or support working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
•Configure business process configuration, report and create process designs (including scenario design, flow mapping)
•Demonstrate process design options and functionality using prototyping
•Understand and propose Workday best practices or processes to client.
•Support testing, fixing of errors and familiar with deployment/migration tool used for to production Tenant build
•Support guiding our clients through their change journey
