- The HR Intern will have the opportunity to experience SSMC's diverse and inclusive culture as you participate in different HR function activities which includes Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits and HR Project initiatives (e.g. Company Transform participation).
What you will be working on:
- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Gain experience in endtoend recruitment process
- Learning & Development:
- Coordinate course registration, workshop/presentation preparations, survey and feedback followup
- Employee Engagement:
- Provide support for internal communication, employee request and Employee Engagement activities.
- Coordinate HR Project initiatives (e.g. Company Transform write up/ participation, Procedures enhancements)
- Compensation & Benefits
- Support the planning and implementation of employee wellbeing programs
- Compliance and Certification:
- Review and update contents for audit preparedness and readiness
More About You:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management
- Able to commit 4 months and more
- Good team player, positive attitude and willing to learn
