Description

• Highly motivated individuals to promote and acquire New to Bank and/or existing customers by cross-selling the value propositions of banking facilities such as credit cards, banking accounts or fund transfer program to various consumer segment
• Engage & build good relationship with customers, generate sales referrals & deliver good client experience
• Good follow-up skills and ensure customers' applications and documentations are completed for processing timely
• Requires to meet performance standards, business goals and sales targets
• Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face to face or through telemarketing activities

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualifications
• The candidate must be confident, meticulous, possess good interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Candidate needs to have good communication & customer service skills
• Sales-oriented and a self-motivated candidate to excel in sales targets and goals
• A team player and ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast paced sales environment
• Computer literate, proficient with use of MS Office & Outlook
• Candidates without sales experience may apply
