_OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (PROJECTS), 1 to 3 years contract_

JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Executive in Operations (Allied Health) is to play a part in healthcare by supporting the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives for the Allied Health teams in the Division.

The incumbent will mainly be supporting a funded programme within the Division of Allied Health.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPECIFIC
Operations support

  • Ensure that required administrative tasks and daily operational support are performed to support the assigned programme.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners (internal and external), and work jointly to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate administrative and logístical aspects needs of the programme with partners (internal and external).
  • Complete task as required by supervisor to support programme.

Data analysis and reporting:

  • Liaise with partners (internal and external) to acquire data required for reporting.
  • Track and monitor relevant datasets to report on key performance indicators of programme, and respond to changes in data appropriately.
  • Prepare, analyse and interpret data for reporting to partners (internal and external) and funding board.
  • Develop and revise reports, papers, slides and other documents as required.
  • Share reports and visual presentations to partners (internal and external) when necessary
Finance support

  • Track and monitor expenditure for programme to ensure expenditure is within budget.
  • Support partners (internal and external) and liaise with vendors for timely procurement of items for programme.
  • Prepare reports required for claims submission to funding board within timeline.

GENERAL

  • Participate in hospital initiatives if required
  • Contribute to hospital's quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in hospital's committees if required
  • Any other duties assigned by HOD/ Deputy/ Director/ Manager Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduates with a keen interest to pursue a meaningful career in healthcare are welcome to apply
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess abilities to present data coherently in visual forms to share with various stakeholders
  • Peopleoriented, outcomesoriented, good team player, able to multitask
  • Familiarity with the concepts of budgeting, corporate administration, and healthcare administration is advantageous
