Description

**Our client is a listed MNC company, one of the leading players in Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their Procurement Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area - easily accessible.

Duties of Procurement Specialist:

Efficiently manage assigned commodities, including consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and projectrelated procurement.
Issue Purchase Orders and diligently follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining confidentiality.
Source suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms, while upholding confidentiality.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to expedite tasks and achieve timely completion, respecting confidentiality requirements.
Ensure compliance with the Company's procurement strategy and policies, maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.
Perform other adhoc duties as assigned, while upholding confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in related field
3 years relevant experience in Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Chemical Industry
Experience in Negotiation and using SAP System
Prior experience in Chemical Inventory Management is an added advantage
