Assistant Manager, Doctors' Payments - Singapore - The Farrer Park Company

Reporting to Head, Patient Service Centre, the incumbent will join the team responsible for the Patient Service Centre/Business Office in overseeing the Doctor's Payment function of the Hospital ensuring timely processing of Doctor's payment

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all Doctor's payments related activities and ensure Drs Payment are processed on timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all enquiries relating to Doctor's payments are addressed on timely manner.
Work with clinics and Doctors to resolve Doctor's payment enquiry and concerns raised.
Work with internal PSC sections to ensure Doctor's fees are accurately keyed into the hospital billing system.

Ensure daily Doctor's Fee collection letters are generated and send out to clinics on timely and accurate manner by Drs Payment Team.

Work closely with Finance AP to ensure smooth processing of Doctor's fees.
Participate in process improvement projects such as Robotic Process Automation and system implementations.
To establish and maintenance of standard operating procedures and ensuring daily control measures are in place.
To perform other tasks assigned by Head, Patient Service Centre.


Job Requirements:
Degree holder or Diploma holder with accounting background/relevant experience.
At least - 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector or Business Office.
A self-driven and motivated individual who can contribute positively within a team environment.
Good organisational and good customer service skills.
Good time management and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Work applications and able to work with numbers.
