Plan and implement training programmes and initiatives- Organise training events and activities including but not limited to administrative duties and logistics coordination, implementation and postevent evaluation
- Engage and seek feedback from existing members/course participants through events, meetings, newsletters, surveys, etc
- Execute marketing campaigns to promote training programmes
- Manage training calendars of multiple, concurrent programmes and courses
- Oversee coordination of training and logical arrangements for training sessions and workshops
- Any other adhoc duties/projects as and when assigned
