About The Role
Zenyum is looking for an experienced and capable Finance Manager to join the team.

Reporting directly to our Head of Finance, you will be involved in finance matters for the entire group across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

Lead audits across the region; handle tax filing deadlines in SG, manage tax across the region
Preparation and review of annual financial statements; perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
Handle management reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting (including accruals), and cash flow projection
Prepare and review journal entries for monthly close
Drive continuous improvement and identify, design and implement scalable processes.
Develop and implement best practices that can be used globally.
Identifying, articulating and communicating project and accounting operation risks to leadership, along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation.
Train and mentor junior team members
Ensure policy and procedures are documented as well accounting policy election

Requirements:

Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & related, or a professional accounting body certification with at least
5 years of relevant experience in Finance or related scopes
Possess supervisory
team leading experience, be it direct or indirect
Advantageous to possess experience in any of the following areas
:retail, ecommerce, consumer products or FMCG:
Advantageous to possess experience with
Oracle Netsuite or similar:
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fastpaced evolving environment.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
