Description

Founded in the millennium year,
Leng Wee Construction , registered by BCA as a civil engineering C3 grade and License Builder B2 grade, is probably one of Singapore major home-grown organization for the recent decade in the civil engineering and construction industry.

We are looking for a Land Surveyor Technician ;

Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
Calculating the measurements of sites.
Verifying data and calculations.
Recording results of surveys.
Writing descriptions of property boundaries.
Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.

Requirements:

Surveying experience and skills are required.
Good numeracy abilities and the ability to perform mathematical computations are required.
Being able to work erratic hours
Have at least two year of experience
Possess expertise in AutoCAD
