- Provide recommendations to improve current controls / develop additional controls and enrich procedures to address control weaknesses.
- Provide an effective analysis of key operational risk findings and incidents, risks & control identification, and indicators for monitoring and measuring operational risk.
- Provide risk reporting that identifies areas of concern and general health of organization given results of tools in operational risk framework.
- Conduct gap analysis on policy.
- At least 10 years of operational risk experience within corporate banking.
- Team player with proactiveness and able to work independently.
- Excellent communicator with strong inter-personal and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
