RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The incumbent is primarily responsible for endtoend UAT and operational support of production issues in business info systems used by stores.
  • He/ she is expected to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for the streamlining of existing processes as well as the formulation and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
  • Previous working experience in the retail industry preferred
  • Experience in conducting UAT independently will be a plus point
  • Outgoing and willingness to acquire new skills
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Comfortable with new technology and backend systems
  • Able to multitask and manage tight timelines
  • Good decision making skills and respond to highpressure situations
  • Keen eye for details
