Strategy Development:

Indepth research and analysis of target markets, industry trends, competitors, and potential customers
Identify potential business opportunities & potential partnerships. Also involved in negotiating agreements, collaborations, or joint ventures to leverage on each other's strengths and expand market reach
Developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers, generate sales, and meet revenue targets by identifying sales channels, designing pricing models, and creating value propositions to customers with SEA and HK
Identifying opportunities to enhance and expand startup's products and service offerings based on customer needs and market trends

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to evaluate feasibility of business opportunities
Preparing financial projections, conducting financial risk assessments, and evaluating investment opportunities
Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics compared to peer comparisons, to optimize and maximize asset resource allocation

Investor's Relations:

Manage communications and relationships with company's existing investors and potential investors
Prepare and distribute quarterly financial reporting materials, including quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and forecasts
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential investors by responding to inquiries, providing information on company's performance, and addressing concerns or issues raised by investors
